NIH Homes is thrilled to announce that we’ve partnered with Alexander Design Group on a gorgeous new construction home on Lake Minnetonka. Located on 75-feet of south-facing shoreline, this home will include five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a heated garage.
Once completed, this new construction will home feature:
- 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms
- Lakefront views of Lake Minnetonka
- Generously sized rooms
- Master suite located on the main floor
- Chef’s kitchen and attached service kitchen
- Combination mudroom and lakeside bathroom
- Finished lower level with a sunken golf simulator, flex space, and full bar
- Bonus room with the option to add a bathroom and kitchenette
- Screen porch
- 4-stall heated garage
The design has been finalized, so all that’s left is to get started! The NIH Homes team is excited to get started building this lakefront home, which is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021. We can’t wait for the final reveal, but in the meantime, we thought we’d take you along for the ride. Throughout the project, we’ll be sharing updates.
