In 2018 we released our Innovative Home Series. These homes are designed around 5 principals:

  1.        Saving you money. Each home is designed to provide the most home for the lease amount of money. Couple that with preferred products/pricing and select locations with lower land cost and you get a lot of home for the money!

2.       Saving you time. We can quickly prepare the cost of your Innovative Home and you can fly through the planning process by not having to fully design your home.

3.       Same guarantees. Our custom homes are known for their fit and finish. We achieve that by using our own employees. Our Innovative Homes are built by these same employees.

4.       Streamlined and Simplified. Our Personal Interior Designer will walk you through our two-step selection process to select all your colors and finishes. It’s fast!

5.       Innovative and Smart! Each home comes with a package from Alarm.com*. Our smart homes allow you to control the home from your smart phone with an easy to use app. Smart features include:

a.      Front door video monitoring so you can see who’s at the front door- whether you’re home or not!

b.      Sump pump monitoring that alarms you BEFORE you get a flooded basement

c.      Garage doors can be opened and closed and alert you when they’ve been left open by mistake

d.      Remotely control the heating and cooling on each level of your home

e.      Turn lights on and off remotely so your home is ready for your arrival and looks occupied when it’s not

f.       Arm and disarm the security system for times when you need to let someone in your home while you’re away
