Maple Grove, MN, new home builder NIH Homes makes building your energy efficient new home stress free by using the best design techniques and latest technology available to Minnesota home builders.

“They made our dream house come true.”

The McStotts spent nearly six years dreaming of the next home they wanted to build. They developed their own plans and then took another year to review their plans with builders. “Larry (Skogquist) seemed very fair and thorough but eventually his woodwork, finish work and personality sold us and we gave NIH the job,” says Dave. “The subs they have are incomparable. It was one good experience after the next.”

Another critical need for the McStotts was good service. “They called back immediately,” continues Dave. “When something had to be made right, they did it. They met the schedule, they were o budget and very forthcoming about any financial information you wanted. They were there when we needed them.”

Dave and Judy’s home is in Corcoran on Rush Creek Golf Course. “The setting and the home all came together and we just loved the whole project. I’d recommend them to anyone.”
