NIH Homes has been talking with Mike and Sue about building a custom rambler for probably 4 years now. They’ve recently sold their hobby farm and are now building the home of their dreams and NIH Homes is proud to be part of it! This custom rambler is being built with the Manhattan plan and then customized to fit their lifestyle. We’ve included a mixture of varying ceiling heights throughout the home to add character to the design. The home is nearly 4000 square feet of finished space set on stunning wooded acreage.
